The use of services provided by BoostUp Panel establishes an agreement to these terms. By registering or using our services you agree that you have read and fully understood the following terms of Service and BoostUp Panel will not be help liable for loss in any way for users who have not read the below terms of service.

By placing an order with BoostUp Panel, you automatically accept all the below-listed term of services weather you read them or not.

We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing every order to ensure you are up to date with any changes or any future changes.

You will only use BoostUp Panel website in a manner which follows all agreements made with Instagram/facebook/twitter/youtube/other social media site on their individual Terms of Service page.

BoostUp Panel rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes. BoostUp Panel does not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and BoostUp Panel will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.

BoostUp Panel tries hard to deliver exactly what is expected from us by our re-sellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.

All prices shown on BoostUp Panel refer to the US dollar. We will not be responsible for any losses due to the exchange rate from your domestic currency.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.

Country refers to: United Kingdom

Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

Service refers to the Website.

Terms and Conditions (also referred as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

You, Your, User refers to the user of the site. User is anyone who is visiting, accessing, browsing or using the Services offered by the Website.

BoostUp Panel will only be used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social account and help boost your "Appearance" only.

We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for.

We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.

You will not upload anything into BoostUp Panel site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social Media community.

You shall not knowingly exploit the system including to gaining advantage, exploit speed or any other bug in a manner other than purchasing them from the website or use the regular features, and others.

If you change your username, password, email or any other mandatory field the script will stop automatically until you re-login and re-launch it. Should it happen, the time of script inactivity will not be added to your license.

⚠Please don't make orders with the same link for the same service or the same type of other service at the same time. Your order will be stuck, and sometimes it may cancel, and sometimes it will take more time. In these cases, no refill or refund is made.

So we will recommend that you not do this at the time of ordering. After completing the existing order, you can easily order the next one.

Private accounts would not get a refund! Please ensure that your account is public before ordering.

We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences, including accounts or pages banned or photos removed, we will not issue any refund or compensation in this cases.

We are not to blame if your accounts are banned for any reason.

BoostUp Panel is brought to you to make your life easier with automated processes. We discourage spam and violation of the law. We will block without warning any adult content or content that goes against the law

Once orders are submitted we cannot refund. We will guarantee that you get what you purchased.

It is your sole responsibility to comply with any social network you use and any legislation that you are subject to. You use BoostUp Panel at your own risk.

No refunds will be made to your payment method. After a deposit has been made, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders from the BoostUp Panel.

You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.

If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders and ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we deliver to your or your clients Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or other social media accounts.

Orders placed in the BoostUp Panel will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your BoostUp Panel account if the order is non deliverable.

Misplaced or private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.

Fraudulent activity, such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will lead to the termination of your account. There are no exceptions.

Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. In that case, we are unable to provide you with the correct number of followers/likes. We will not refund these orders.

We allow 14-day refunds under the following conditions:

1) Order marked Completed without being done. Partial Refund in your Wallet / Account Fund of BoostUp Panel.

2) Order not started within 10 days: full refund in your Wallet / Account Fund of BoostUp Panel.

3) We provide a partial refund for all refill services as part of the refill conditions.

4) We provide the refund to your account balance.

Our company highly values your privacy. We follow a policy of confidentiality to tell you how we collect and use information about you and what we do to keep this information confidential.

In BoostUp Panel we do not share confidential information that you have provided to us. Also, we never share this information with third parties, including your orders.

We don’t communicate and contact with the owners of services
